凱特．狄卡蜜歐

　　她的著名小說《傻狗溫迪克》和《雙鼠記》，均榮獲美國紐伯瑞兒童文學獎；而另一本著作《高飛》，則獲得美國國家圖書館青少年文學銀牌獎。「小豬梅西系列故事」，是狄卡蜜歐第一個以豬為主題的趣味故事，她目前居住在明尼蘇達州。
